A Summary of the most frequently asked questions from our clients:
1How do we decide on our holiday plans?
If you are unsure of your plans for travel in Africa we would usually ask you to give us an idea of what sort of things you would like to do, we would then put together an itinerary and develop the trip from there.
2How do we pay?
Usually a small deposit by visa/paypall/bank transfer. We only need the bulk payment when you arrive, unless you wish to trek gorillas or climb Kilimanjaro in which case we need to order permits well in advance.
3Are you ABTA or ATOL?
We are not required to be a member of the ATOL organisation as we do not deal with airlines or flights direct nor are we ABTA as we are not a UK travel agent and we do not require large deposits or upfront payments which may be covered by ABTA insurance.
4Change of plans?
If plans change on the trip it is not usually a problem we remain flexible throughout the tour to accommodate your requirements.
Flights are not included though we can often give you pointers to airlines/agents who come to Africa.
